What You'll Do
•Support standards of care and provide consultation in patient care delivery.
•Oversee nursing staff and facilitate resource utilization at the subspecialty level.
•Collaborate with providers to maintain efficient patient flow.
•Manage human resources and develop recruitment and retention strategies.
•Monitor patient outcomes and participate in performance improvement activities.
•Represent nursing within the hospital at unit and service levels.
•Develop programs to effectively meet patient needs.
•Deliver direct patient care as required.
Requirements
Education:
•BSN in Nursing required
Experience:
•3 years of Nursing experience
Licenses & Certifications:
•Current NYS RN License required
