As RN Team Lead, you will coordinate and oversee daily operations, workflows, delivery of care and caregiver education as needed. As RN Team Lead, you will coordinate and oversee daily operations, workflows, delivery of care and caregiver education as needed. A caregiver in this position works days from 9:00AM – 6:00PM.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Provide professional nursing care to a specific patient population in a variety of ambulatory settings.

Assist in providing clinical oversight to assigned caregivers and patients to ensure quality and safe care.

Coordinate and resolve daily operational issues.

Perform duties of an RN Ambulatory.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety initiatives.

Facilitate orientation, teaching, coaching and mentoring of assigned caregivers.

Assist in preparing department specific education.

Participate in quality initiatives, process improvement and research activities to improve patient outcomes, experience and safety.
