Whether a baby is born early (prematurely) or needs additional medical attention, NICU caregivers are trained to provide the best care possible. By joining the NICU team as an RN, you will deliver exceptional care to our tiniest patients throughout their patient care journey. Some of your daily responsibilities will include obtaining vital signs, performing assessments, assisting parents, providing breastfeeding education, and bathing babies. In this role, it will be your goal to ensure patient safety and provide quality care all while being a part of an elite healthcare organization.

A caregiver in this position works varying nights from 7:00PM – 7:00AM.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Provide direct nursing care.

Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans.

Monitor, record, document and communicate patients’ conditions.

Administer prescribed medications and treatments.

Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.

Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.

Educate patients and their families.
