The Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at Hillcrest Hospital has 24 beds and offers various medical services, including hemodynamic monitoring, continuous respiratory care, pharmacologic interventions, and more. As an RN on this team, you will assist fellow caregivers in facilitating a healing and supportive experience, from initial admission to discharge. How You’ll Benefit
A caregiver in this position works rotating day/night shifts from 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. with every other weekend and holiday requirements.

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $33.50
Maximum hourly: $53.60
The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set and education.
