Cleveland Clinic’s internationally renowned Cole Eye Institute is entering an exciting new chapter with the opening of the 150,000-square-foot Jeffrey and Patricia Cole Building, featuring eight modern operating rooms, advanced imaging capabilities and dedicated research space. As an OR nurse in this state-of-the-art center for ophthalmic surgery, you’ll support a wide spectrum of procedures—from cosmetic and reconstructive oculofacial surgeries to complex cataract, corneal and transplant operations. You’ll be part of a team performing thousands of life-changing surgeries each year, playing a vital role in redefining what’s possible in eye care and helping patients preserve and restore their sight with extraordinary skill, innovation and compassion.

Cleveland Clinic specializes in comprehensive surgical services for populations of all ages. As a member of this team, you will assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional care during all aspects of the surgical process – pre, during surgery, and post. You will interact directly with patients, families and visitors, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and supply healthcare education as needed. Additionally, the Cleveland Clinic system provides nurses with many professional development resources, including furthering education and online/in-person courses to enhance your skills.
This is a part-time position A caregiver in this position will work 20 hours per week. Call is required and will be rotated for weekends and after hours.

Physical Requirements:
Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 25 pounds and ability to push, pull, and navigate supply carts weighing > than 75 pounds periodically.
Personal Protective Equipment:
Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $33.50
Maximum hourly: $53.60
The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set and education. The pay range displayed does not include any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime, etc.).
