United Health Services, the largest and most comprehensive provider of healthcare services in upstate New York's Southern Tier, is hiring a Staff Registered Nurse, Neuroscience to join our team at UHS Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City, NY. The Neuroscience unit is a 6 bed unit. In the Neuroscience unit, you’ll monitor patients ranging from critical care to post operation.

$40.70 - $61.05 per hour, depending on experience

•A valid RN license

•ACLS certification preferred

•Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

•1 year med surg experience

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

•Monitoring patient vitals and neurological progress – ventricular drains, drips

•Assessing patient condition and progress

•Responding rapidly when needed

•Administering medications and interventions given by Physicians

•Providing patient and family education
