What You'll Do
•Administer medication and parenteral therapy in accordance with policy.
•Document patient assessments and progress toward goal achievement.
•Promote patient safety and quality, adhering to National Patient Safety Goals.
•Establish effective caring relationships with patients, families, and staff.
•Provide patient/family education and assist in discharge planning.
•Communicate and collaborate effectively with healthcare team members.
•Demonstrate personal accountability for professional practice and growth.
•Establish priorities for patient care delivery using critical thinking skills.
Requirements
Education:
•Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program - BSN required
Experience:
•New graduate RN position
Licenses & Certifications:
•Registered Nurse License - NYS
•BLS Certification required
