About This Role
Join NYU Langone Health as an Ambulatory Care Nurse in Urology, where you will support the coordination and implementation of nursing practices while providing comprehensive care to patients.

What You'll Do
•Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests
•Collect patient health history
•Record information in electronic health record
•Provide information and education to patients and families
•Administer medications and provide comprehensive wound care
•Assess and monitor patient responses to treatments
•Consult with clinical supervisors to determine treatment plans
•Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Requirements
Education:
•Baccalaureate degree in Nursing required; Associate Degree in Nursing may be approved contingent upon approval from Nursing Leadership
Experience:
•Minimum of two years nursing experience in applicable area
Licenses & Certifications:
•Current Registered Nurse License in New York
•Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association
•ACLS certification preferred
