About This Role
This position is for 2025 Fall/Winter (August - January) RN Graduates. The role involves carrying out patient care responsibilities with an emphasis on the nursing process, providing safe and compassionate care, and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve patient-centered outcomes.

What You'll Do
•Analyze unit level quality data and participate in improvement efforts.
•Contribute to and utilize the unit practice council structure.
•Adhere to patient care and nursing standards in care delivery.
•Engage in self-assessment and peer review for professional development.
•Serve as a support, resource, and preceptor for nursing staff and students.
•Comply with annual education and mandatory/regulatory requirements.
•Organize staff assignments to ensure appropriate delegation of activities.
•Evaluate the patient’s progress towards expected outcomes.
Requirements
Education:
•Baccalaureate degree in Nursing required
Experience:
•Current Registered Professional Nurse in New York
Licenses & Certifications:
•Registered Nurse License-NYS
