About This Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a full-time Field Nurse in Brooklyn! In this role, the successful candidate provides safe, quality, therapeutic, and age-appropriate nursing care using evidence-based practice.
📋 Highlights
•💰 Pay: $110,966.74 - $160,466.74 annually
•📍 Location: Brooklyn, NY
•⏰ Schedule: Full-time
What You'll Do
•Complete a comprehensive nursing assessment considering various patient factors.
•Derive diagnoses and collaborate to develop individualized care plans.
•Coordinate care by collaborating with the healthcare team.
•Deliver direct nursing care and ongoing assessment to patients and caregivers.
•Identify barriers to patient education and employ strategies for engagement.
•Maintain accurate documentation reflecting patient care and interventions.
•Assist leadership with achieving corporate goals and improving patient care outcomes.
Requirements
Education:
•Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Experience:
•1 year of acute care, home health, hospice, and/or long-term care experience
Licenses & Certifications:
•Current Registered Professional Nurse in New York State
•Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association
