About This Role
Join NYU Langone Health as a Per Diem Ambulatory Care Nurse, where you will support the coordination and implementation of nursing practice and clinical policies while providing comprehensive patient care.

•⏰ Schedule: Per Diem
What You'll Do
•Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests.
•Collect patient health history.
•Record information in electronic health record.
•Provide information and education to patients and families regarding test results and treatment plans.
•Administer medications and provide comprehensive wound care.
•Assess and monitor patient responses to treatments and procedures.
•Consult with clinical supervisors to determine best treatment plans.
•Direct and supervise licensed practical nurses and medical assistants.
Requirements
Education:
•Baccalaureate degree in Nursing required; Associate Degree in Nursing may be approved with conditions.
Experience:
•Minimum of two years nursing experience in applicable area.
Licenses & Certifications:
•Current Registered Nurse License in New York.
•Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association.
•ACLS certification preferred.
