What You'll Do
•Administer medication and parenteral therapy according to policy.
•Document patient assessments and progress accurately and timely.
•Promote patient safety and quality, adhering to National Patient Safety Goals.
•Establish effective caring relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
•Provide patient/family education and assist in discharge planning.
•Communicate and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
•Establish priorities for patient care delivery using critical thinking skills.
•Perform other duties aligned with the organization's mission and values.
Requirements
Education:
•Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program, BSN preferred
Experience:
•2 years of critical care experience required
•Recent Interventional Radiology and/or Cath Lab experience preferred
Licenses & Certifications:
•Current RN License in NYS
•BLS certification required
•ACLS certification required
•CCRN preferred
