About This Role
Join NYU Langone Health as a Supervisor-Perinatal, Risk and Quality Labor and Delivery, where you will support quality and safety programs while supervising prenatal records and newborn screening in compliance with regulations.

What You'll Do
•Support Departments of Nursing's quality and safety programs.
•Supervise coordination of accurate prenatal records and newborn screening.
•Facilitate quality improvement initiatives for nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams.
•Assist in assessing learning needs of physician and nursing staff.
•Participate in monitoring regulatory compliance and identifying improvement opportunities.
•Conduct occurrence reviews, complaint investigations, and facilitate corrective action plans.
Requirements
Education:
•BSN required, MSN or Master's degree in a related field
Experience:
•Minimum 5 years acute care nursing experience required
•At least 2 years Labor and Delivery experience required
•At least 1 year current leadership experience required
Licenses & Certifications:
•Current NY State RN License
