Join NYU Langone Health as an Ambulatory Care Nurse in Cardiology, where you will support the coordination and implementation of nursing practice and clinical policies, while providing comprehensive care to patients.

What You'll Do
•Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests
•Collect patient health history
•Record information in electronic health record
•Provide information, counsel, and education to patients and families
•Administer medications and provide comprehensive wound care
•Assess and monitor patient responses to treatments and procedures
•Consult with clinical supervisors and licensed providers for treatment plans
•Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote patient care
Requirements
Education:
•Baccalaureate degree in Nursing required; Associate Degree in Nursing may be approved with conditions
Experience:
•Minimum of two years nursing experience in applicable area
Licenses & Certifications:
•Current Registered Professional Nurse in New York
•Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association
•ACLS certification preferred
