About This Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an OASIS Nurse. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing data integrity and consistency of OASIS documentation and assessment processes while educating clinical staff on documentation and data integrity issues.

•💰 Pay: $119,101.60 - $130,000.00 Annually
•📍 Location: Garden City, NY
What You'll Do
•Perform detailed review of OASIS clinical assessment documentation for accuracy and compliance.
•Consult with clinical staff and provide educational guidance on code selection and documentation.
•Capture clinical severity for the level of service to ensure quality care and compliance.
•Work with Agency leadership to address trends affecting outcome and process measures.
•Provide education and resources regarding OASIS C requirements and CMS guidelines.
•Assist the Finance Department in creating Home Health Resource Group (HHRG) and Health Insurance Prospective Payment (HIPPS).
•Participate in Agency quality assessment/performance improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Education:
•Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Experience:
•1 - 2 years of Home Health care experience
Licenses & Certifications:
•Current and valid NYS Registered Professional Nurse license
•OASIS C Certification (COS-C) preferred
•ICD-10 Certification (HCS-D) preferred
